HCS/HJR 13 & 6 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, would repeal the provisions related to: (1) persons who participate in the management and operations of bingo games; (2) the lease and rental of equipment or premises used for bingo games; and (3) restrictions on the advertising of bingo games.
