HB 0821 Youth Services Treatment Fund Created to Help Children Who Have Been Sexually, Physically or Emotionally Abused
Bill Summary

HB 821 - This act creates the "Youth Services Treatment Fund" in the state treasury. The Youth Services Treatment Fund is to be administered by the Division of Youth Services for the counseling, treatment and therapy of children who have been sexually, physically or emotionally abused.

Any person serving as a member of a Board or Commission may contribute all or any part of the per diem or expense reimbursement received for such service to the fund. Moneys in the fund at the end of any biennium shall remain in the fund.
