SCS/HB 820 - Inmates and other incarcerated individuals shall be punished for aggravated harassment of certain state employees. Patients of the Department of Mental Health and juveniles in local detention facilities are included. The act or attempted act of throwing, tossing or expelling blood, seminal fluid, urine or feces upon such an employee is a Class A misdemeanor.

A person convicted of this crime shall not be eligible for any work release programs.
