| HB 0772 | MODOT Changes: Right of First Refusal to Previous Owners When Selling Property; Limits on Billboard Licensing Fees |
SCS/HB 772 - When selling real property acquired for quarries, the Missouri Department of Transportation shall allow the previous owner to have the first right to purchase the property. The price shall be the appraised value of the property. The same conditions shall apply to the sale of highway corridor land acquired by the Department of Transportation.
Counties and cities may charge an annual licensing fee of up
to $500 per year for outdoor advertising companies maintaining an
office within the county or city.
