HB 0756 (Truly Agreed) Cities in Certain Counties Must Recognize Security Guard Licenses Issued by Other Cities in the Same County
Bill Summary

HB 756 - Under provisions of this act, all municipalities within St. Charles County, or in any county by a reciprocal agreement of the municipalities, must recognize security guard licenses issued by other municipalities in the same county.

This act defines "security guard" as any person who is not authorized to carry a firearm and who is paid to protect the person or property of another.

Law enforcement officers or any other public official or employee are excluded from the definitions of "security guard".
