HB 722 - This act will give the Commissioner of Administration the authority to lease state property located in St. Francois County to a private developer for construction of a correctional facility.

The act also will allow the Department of Natural Resources to transfer to the Governor, property in Lafayette County for use as a veterans' cemetery.
