| HB 0626 (Truly Agreed) | Insurers Shall Provide Records for Inspection in 10 Days & Maintain for 2 and 3 Years |
HB 626 - Any insurer being examined by the Department of Insurance shall provide the requested records within ten days or demonstrate that the records cannot be provided. Policy records and claims records shall be maintained for minimum periods of time.
