SS/HB 578 - Current law allows taxpayers to receive 20% of
the federal low-income housing credit as a credit against
Missouri taxes (40% for qualified projects in certain counties
affected by the flood of 1993). The act allows taxpayers to
receive 100% of the federal credit and applies retroactively to
January 1, 1997.
