HB 0300 (Truly Agreed) Invasion of Privacy
Bill Summary

HB 300 - This act expands the definition of a place where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy while in a state of full or partial nudity to include a place where such person does not believe the person may be viewed by another. This change is consistent with Section 565.253, RSMo Supp. 1996, which makes it a crime to view, photograph or film a person who is nude or partially nude when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy.
