HB 232 - All health insurance policies issued after August 28, 1997 shall provide coverage for an annual pelvic examination and pap smear for any nonsymptomatic woman covered under the policy. Such policies shall also provide coverage for prostate exams for nonsymptomatic men and an annual colorectal cancer exam for any nonsymptomatic person. Deductible payments are prohibited, and copayments are limited to $25. Limited benefit health insurance policies are excluded.
