HB 0229 (Truly Agreed) Removes Requirement That Transportation Sales Tax Revenue Be Directed to Capital Improvements
Bill Summary

HB 229 - Current law requires a specified portion of transportation sales tax revenue to be directed by certain boards and authorities to capital improvement projects and related debt service. This act removes that requirement and extends the effective date of the transportation sales tax in those cities which have approved it by majority vote of the governing body.
