HB 190 - This act establishes licensing procedures for acupuncturists and clinical perfusionists.

Boards for these two professions are established in the Division of Professional Registration and qualifications for these professions are set out in HB 190.

Sections 10-28 of HB 190 pertaining to clinical perfusionists shall become effective on January 1, 1998.
