HB 159 - Under current law the cost of constructing a sewage system in most counties is apportioned by either the square foot in proportion to the area of the whole sewer district or by the lineal feet of the sewer line being constructed.

This act adds a provision that the cost may be apportioned equally among the total number of lots affected.
