HB 129 - All insurers except those exempt under federal law which provide coverage for mastectomies shall also provide coverage for prosthetic devices or reconstructive surgery necessary to restore symmetry, to the patient incident to the mastectomy, as recommended by the oncologist or primary care physician.

Coverage for prosthetic devices and reconstructive surgery shall be subject to the same deductible and coinsurance conditions applied to the mastectomy.
