HB 105 - The act authorizes certain school districts which are exempted from the $2.75 minimum levy requirement to raise their operating levies to the minimum levy less any reassessment adjustments required under Article X, section 22 of the Missouri Constitution. Current law grants this authority to districts which are subject to the minimum levy requirement.
