HB 99 - This act amends Section 64.725, RSMo, to allow any county commission to create a temporary county planning and zoning commission prior to an election to adopt county planning and zoning. The proposed plan shall become effective immediately if adopted after submission to the voters of the county. The temporary county planning commission will implement the plan, until voters elect commission members at the next countywide election.
The act has an emergency clause.
