HB 59 - Under this act, the circuit court may appoint a Commissioner of the Probate Court for the 31st Judicial Circuit (Greene County). This corrects a drafting error made in SB 869 from 1996 in which the 30th Judicial Circuit was granted the power to appoint such Commissioner.

This act contains an emergency clause.
