HB 0031 (Truly Agreed) Certain Peripheral Zoning Limited to Cameron
Bill Summary

HB 31 - Under the current section 89.142, RSMo, any city, town or village north of the Missouri River with a population of more than 4,000 which has a zoning commission and a board of adjustment may adopt and enforce planning and zoning for areas up to two miles from the city, town or village limits if a correctional facility is located within the two mile area.

This act would restrict the authority of this section to any third class city located in more than one county of the third classification with a population of at least 4,000 but less than 10,000 (Cameron).

This act is identical to SB 122.
