                              FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

The Department of Health and the Department of Economic Development assume
there would be no fiscal impact to their agencies as a result of this
proposal.

Officials of the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) assume that the
changes in this proposal may provide for the construction of more sewer
improvements than would otherwise take place since everyone would be paying
the same amount. Officials assume no fiscal impact to DNR

affected.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
