DESCRIPTION

Appeals from decision by a city board of zoning adjustment may be taken by
any neighborhood organization performing community services or economic
development activities and is exempt from income taxation under the Internal
Revenue Code, or incorporated in Missouri as a not for profit corporation, or
designated as a community development corporation by the U.S. Government
under Title VII of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
