FISCAL IMPACT - Small Business

No direct fiscal impact to small businesses would be expected as a result of
this proposal.


DESCRIPTION

This proposal would prohibit organizations from conducting bingo games, if
more than one-half of the members of the organization that are involved in
operating the game have not been members of the organization for at least two
years.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
