this proposal.



DESCRIPTION

This proposal would allow complete copies of proceedings, findings,
deliberations, reports, and minutes about any patient, resident or client of
a residential facility or day program to be open to the parents or guardian
of the patient, resident, or client who is the subject of such proceedings,
findings, deliberations, reports, or minutes.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
