SB 407 - A county that belongs to a Regional Jail District may not withdraw from the district because it does not approve of the district's proposed budget. Current law allows a county to withdraw on this basis. The Regional Jail Commission may issue bonds for the construction of a regional jail.
This act is similar to SB 218.
