SB 365 - This act renames the Missouri Access to Higher Education Trust Fund as the Missouri Tomorrow Fund. The act also expands the program to allow participating students to attend independent institutions as well as state institutions.
The fund is under the oversight of a Board. Currently,
members serve three year terms. The act extends the terms of
future appointees to six years, except that six of the first
round of ten appointees shall serve three year terms, so that
terms are staggered throughout the six year cycle. The act also
provides that members may be reappointed.
