SB 328 - This act would create a new tort action for women
who sustain injury, including but not limited to physical,
emotional and psychological injury which is caused by the breach
of a physicians' duty to describe to the patient and receive from
the patient a signed acknowledgment of her understanding of the
procedure or abortifacient to be used, the expected outcome, the
potential complications and side effects of an abortion and
post-abortion care.
