SB 314 - This act grants broader arrest powers to Conservation agents.

A Conservation agent who is a certified peace officer pursuant to Chapter 590, RSMo, may arrest any person on any lands not owned, managed or leased by the Conservation Commission if the agent has statutory authority and probable cause to make such arrest.

An agent may also arrest any person who is committing an assault against another person. This provision is identical to SB 213 and HB 69.
