SB 256 - This act allows the student representatives to the governing boards of the University of Missouri, all state colleges and universities and Lincoln University to attend all meetings of the governing board. Currently, student representatives are to be excluded from any closed meeting, vote or record of the governing board.
This act is similar to SB 911 from 1996
A similar provision is also in HCS/SS/SCS/SB 168 (1997).
