SB 226 - This act will prohibit any authority, city, county or any urban redevelopment corporation from acquiring any real property by eminent domain for the purpose of locating an excursion gambling boat which is not yet licensed by the Missouri Gaming Commission. The act also prohibits the use of General Revenue or other funds acquired by the authority to acquire real property for this purpose. The provisions of this act shall not apply to a first class county or to any authority, city or urban redevelopment corporation located in a first class county or to any political subdivision located along the Mississippi River.
