Current Bill Summary

SCS/SB 220 - This act would allow children 12 years of age and older to mow lawns for compensation. This work will include the use of lawn machinery or garden machinery in domestic service at or around a private residence.

There must be an agreement between an occupant of the private residence and the child, but by no other person, firm or corporation, other than a parent, legal custodian or guardian of the child, for such work.
