Current Bill Summary

SB 200 - Assaults which are committed against a pupil or school employee on school property shall be reported by the school principal to the superintendent instead of to local law enforcement. The superintendent may report the incident to law enforcement. No reports are required for 3rd degree assaults.

A similar provision is also in SS/HB 641 (TAT).
