SB 108 - This act make several changes with regard to aviation.

AVIATION TRUST FUND - The State Highways and Transportation Commission may provide financial assistance to owners of any privately owned airport designated as a reliever airport by the Federal Aviation Administration. This act would also permit procurement for projects designated as emergencies to be made in an expeditious manner. Also, assistance may be given to airports currently owned and operated at Lake of the Ozarks State Park and at Central Missouri State University.

PATROL REVOLVING FUND - The Highway Patrol's Motor Vehicle and Aircraft Revolving Fund shall receive funds from other government agencies for the cost of flights flown for them by the Patrol.
