                              FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials at the Coordinating Board for Higher Education (CBHE) assume the
proposal would have no state or local fiscal impact.

Based on a response to a previous, similar proposal, officials from the
University of Missouri and Lincoln University assume the proposal would have
no fiscal impact on the institutions.

Missouri Western State College, Harris-Stowe State College, Truman State
University, Missouri Southern State College, Southwest Missouri State
University, Northwest Missouri State University, Truman State University and
Central Missouri State University officials assume the proposal would have no
fiscal impact on the institutions.

DESCRIPTION

The proposal would allow student representatives to the board of curators of
University of Missouri and Lincoln University and the board of regents of
each educational institution referred to in section 174.020 to attend closed
meetings of the board.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
