ASSUMPTION

Officials from the Office of State Courts Administrator stated that they
would expect one or more cases to be filed to test the parameters of the
proposal; however, they would not anticipate a significant increase in the
workload of the courts.

In response to a similar proposal, officials from the Office of the Attorney
General assumed there would be no fiscal impact on their agency.
