DESCRIPTION

The proposed legislation would require any insurer issuing or renewing a
policy of motor vehicle insurance which does not include minimum liability
coverage to conspicuously disclose the lack thereof to the insured.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
