                              FISCAL ANALYSIS

ASSUMPTION

Officials from the University of Missouri assume the proposal would have no
fiscal impact on them.

Officials from the Department of Public Safety-Division of Fire Safety and
Department of Revenue assume the proposal would result in no fiscal impact to
the departments.

Officials from the State Treasurer's Office (STO) state that since the fund
has not been appropriated funds, they conclude that exempting the Missouri
Fire Education Trust Fund from the biennial transfer results in no lost
revenue to the STO or General Revenue.

Officials from the Office of Administration assume the proposal would result
in no fiscal impact to them. They state that the Fire Education Fund and
Fire Education Trust Fund have zero balances.
