ASSUMPTION

Officials of the Department of Public Safety - Missouri State Water Patrol
assume that this proposal would have no fiscal impact to their agency.

Officials of the State Courts Administrator assumed that while there may be a
small increase in the number of cases prosecuted, after a period of
adjustment, they would not expect the increased numbers of criminal
prosecutions to be significant.
