ASSUMPTION

In their responses for similar legislation, officials of the Department of
Economic Development - Division of Transportation, Department of Public
Safety - Missouri Highway Patrol, and the Department of Revenue indicated
that the proposal would have no fiscal impact on their agencies.

DESCRIPTION

This legislation would increase the weight requirement for light trucks
subject to information display requirements from 12,000 to 36,000 pounds.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
