DESCRIPTION
This act makes the procedure for adopting ordinances in villages consistent
with the procedure in third and fourth class cities. This act provides that
the bill must be read by title or in full. If read by title, copies must be
available for public inspection prior to the meeting in which the bill is
under consideration by the board of trustees.
This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
