DESCRIPTION

This proposal would require residential facilities and day care programs
licensed by the Department of Mental Health to disclose information and
records, including medications given, dosage of the medication, and the name
of the individual ordering the medication, to specified individuals and
agencies.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
