DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would exempt each official or employee and each
candidate for elective office of a political subdivision with an annual
operating budget of less than $1,000,000 from the requirement to file a
financial disclosure statement.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
