DESCRIPTION
The proposed legislation would prohibit lobbyists and lobbyist principals
from providing admission to sporting events which occur outside the state.
It would also prohibit lobbyists or lobbyist principals from offering a
honorarium to a public official and prohibit public officials from knowingly
accepting a honorarium from a lobbyist or lobbyist principal.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
