ASSUMPTION

Officials from the Department of Public Safety;  Division of  Liquor Control,
State Water Patrol,  the Missouri State Highway Patrol,  and the  Division of
Highway Safety, State Emergency Management Agency,  Jackson County,  Capitol
Police,  Missouri Veterans Commission,  City of Kansas City-Neighborhood and
Community Service Department,  Missouri Gaming Commission,  Department of
Corrections, Office of Administration-Risk Management, the Department of
Highways and Transportation,  and the  Department of Conservation,  all state
that passage of this legislation would have no fiscal impact on their
agencies.

Officials from St. Louis City, St. Louis County, the City of Springfield, and
Greene County did not respond to our fiscal impact request.

probationers.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other

space.
