ASSUMPTION

Officials of the Department of Health, the Department of Revenue, the
Department of Economic Development - Division of Professional Registration,
the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Office of State Courts Administrator,
the Office of Attorney General, and the Office of Prosecution Services assume
this proposal would not fiscally impact their agencies.

DESCRIPTION

This proposal would allow the director of the Department of Health to
authorize investigations of other states criminal and driving records of
Missouri ambulance operators.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
