DESCRIPTION

This act requires that voters be provided with a single primary ballot at
primary elections, so that they can vote for candidates from all parties on
the ballot. At the present time a Missouri voter must specify which party
ballot he/she wishes at the primary election.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
