ASSUMPTION

Officials from the Office of State Courts Administrator (CTS) stated there
would be no fiscal impact on the Judiciary.

Officials from the cities of Poplar Bluff, Kansas City, Florissant, and
Fulton stated there would be no fiscal impact to their city budgets.

DESCRIPTION

This act increases the mandatory retirement age for municipal judges from
seventy to seventy-five years of age.

This legislation is not federally mandated, would not duplicate any other
program and would not require additional capital improvements or rental
space.
