To amend chapter 42, RSMo, by adding one new section relating to the establishment of a state-owned veterans' cemetery.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI,

AS FOLLOWS:

Section A. Chapter 42, RSMo, is amended by adding one new section to be known as section 42.015, to read as follows:

42.015. There shall be a state-owned veterans cemetery in a city with a population in excess of one hundred thousand located within a first classification county without a charter form of government with a population in excess of two hundred thousand. The executive director of the commission shall take such actions as are necessary in establishing such a cemetery.
