SCS/SS/SR 830 - This Senate Resolution which will change Senate Rule 102 pertains to legislative lobbyists providing meals, food, beverages or any other such gifts to members, officers or staff of the Missouri Senate. The rule will not apply to certain activities authorized in paragraph (c) of subdivision (2) of subsection 4 of section 105.470, RSMo. This exception pertains to a lobbyist's expenditures when in writing three days in advance for all senators, all representatives, all members of joint committees or a standing committee of either house.

Finally, the rule will not apply to participation in seminars or meetings of national or regional associations when such participation has been requested in writing and approved by the Committee on Administration.
