SJR 37 - This joint resolution, upon adoption by the
qualified voters of the state, would permit municipalities,
counties and school districts to increase their respective rates
of taxation upon approval of a majority of the qualified electors
voting thereon. Currently, rates may be increased only if
approved by a 2/3 majority vote.
