SJR 33 - This resolution would submit a constitutional amendment which, if approved by Missouri voters, would provide that the right of parents to direct the upbringing of their children shall not be infringed. This resolution shall not affect any law regarding abuse or neglect. The General Assembly may enforce this resolution by appropriate legislation.
This resolution is similar to SJR 14 from 1995.
