SB 969 - This act permits the sale or purchase of a slot
machine for operation at the residence of the owner, if such slot
machine is not operated for gambling purposes. Any slot machine
seized from any defendant shall not be destroyed until after a
court determination that such slot machine was operated for
gambling purposes.
